About

AERIN IRIS

Through pain, disease, mental turmoil, and a unique set of life events, embodiment practices saved my life and illuminated a more fulfilling life and way of being. What are embodiment practices? Our bodies are uniquely expressing an abundance of wisdom. They also may be expressing fatigue, structural mishaps, discomfort, trauma, unconscious habits, and dis-ease.  Embodiment practices connect us back to our bodies, discover places we may have become unaware, and light a path back to ourselves with deep integration, healing, and connection.

Currently I offer two services Embodiment Coaching which is a combination of practices such as various styles of yoga, guided meditation, Realization Process Embodiment practices, movement, energy work, and breathwork. These sessions will be unique to the individual. I also offer just Realization Process Embodiment sessions to those who are interested in Judith Blackstone and who are wanting to deepen with solely those practices. Those sessions are also unique to the individual.

ABOUT REALIZATION PROCESS EMBODIMENT

I am certified to teach Realization Process Embodiment by Judith Blackstone who created these practices. You can read more about Judith's methods and teachings on Realization Process and Realization Process Embodiment here.

Below is Judith's description of Realization Process Embodiment:

"The Embodiment aspect of the Realization Process combines the main Realization Process practices with subtle movement practices for cultivating the luminous transparency of fundamental consciousness throughout the whole body. These practices teach you how to bring the stillness of fundamental consciousness into movement. They also open the body’s subtle energy channels, integrate the mind, breath and body, and develop the essential qualities of being, such as love, awareness, power and sexuality. They develop balance, fluidity, expressiveness, and vitality. For nondual realization to be an actual transformation of our being, rather than just a change in our beliefs, it requires an awakening of fundamental consciousness in the whole body.

These practices can also help heal physical injuries and chronic structural problems, they can bring expressiveness and breadth to gestures and movement, and they can refine our sense of touch" -Judith Blackstone
